Thank you for advertising with IMPHuntsville! Program ads are a small way for the local community to help support us, all while getting their name or message out in public. Commercial ads, or customized general ads are ideal. (example: "Congratulations cast and crew on another show.") IMPHuntsville respectfully declines personalized ads (example: "Congratulations Suzy Q on your first performance.")
Purchasing an ad in IMPHuntsville programs is as simple as 1, 2, 3!
Step 1: Please ensure that your ad is properly sized for our programs. Size guidelines are listed below for reference. If you select a button beneath the sizes, a template will download to assist you in ensuring that your sizes and design meet the guidelines set.
Full page B&W $200: 4.75" W x 7.75" H
Half page B&W $100: 4.75" W x 3.87" H
Quarter page B&W $50: 4.75" W x 2" H (landscape)
Quarter page B&W $50: 2.375" W x 3.875" H (portrait)
Covers, both front and back inside, as well as back outside may be available. If you are interested in purchasing one of these covers, please email tickets@imphuntsville.org to check availability. Pricing is generally $250 for inside covers (printed color) and $350 for outside back cover (also printed color).
Step 2: Once you have selected your ad size, payments are easily made online! Please select the appropriate ad size from the menu below and complete your purchase using PayPal. Credit cards and electronic checks are accepted.
Step 3: The final step in completing your ad purchase is to send us the artwork! Send the artwork directly to us using the button below. This will launch an email window for you to submit your materials. Should it not launch properly, please send artwork to: tickets@imphuntsville.org, with a copy to programs@imphuntsville.org.
